ROCKSTAR: Experienced Bartender

When: 6 Dec, 2025 Shift: 6 Dec, 8pm-1am Where: Annandale, NSW Pay: $192.50 for 5.00hrs

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re on the hunt for an experienced, confident, service-driven bartender to jump on for a Rockstar Shift at Alcatraz. This is a high-energy, fast-paced service period — perfect for someone who knows their way around a busy bar and can deliver a killer guest experience from first pour to last call.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Slinging drinks with speed, accuracy and consistency during peak hours

  • Shaking, stirring and serving classic cocktails and house signatures

  • Managing high-volume bar queues while keeping service smooth

  • Cash handling and POS operation

  • Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient bar setup

  • Working closely with the team to keep vibes high and service sharp

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2+ years bar experience in a fast-paced venue

  • Strong cocktail knowledge and confident pouring skills

  • Someone who stays cool under pressure and thrives in the rush

  • Excellent communication & customer service

  • RSA (essential)

  • Ability to slot into a team quickly and hit the ground running

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bar Attendant

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
